Abstract

Thermal comfort is one of the most important factors affecting the human mind and body in creating the surrounding environment. This is one of the main goals of architectural design because in this situation, people who are in a habitable environment are able to maximize their effectiveness in physical and intellectual activities. While the largest share of energy consumption in the construction industry determines the type and function of the air conditioning system, many of these systems are not able to provide the expected comfort conditions for residents. Issues such as life expectancy and significant maintenance costs require the adoption of appropriate measures in the design phase of air conditioning systems. In this regard, the participation of architects and engineers in the fields of facilities and energy supply will provide the building for the establishment of leading projects in the air conditioning. This research has been carried out to support the ecological and technological approaches to designing for air conditioning systems in architectural spaces and urban settlements in order to achieve a common perspective on creating human environ mental conditions.
